Booking & Operations Policies

Clear, fair terms so every shoot runs safely and predictably. These policies are accepted at booking and stored with your project record.

Retainer holds your slot

A date and time is only reserved once the booking retainer is paid.

Unsafe or non-compliant conditions never cost you a fee.

If authorization is denied we reschedule or adjust scope at no penalty.

With 48+ hours notice. After that, $50.00.

Your retainer may be transferred one time to another available date.

The booking retainer is forfeited.

We reschedule at no additional charge. Safety always decides the flight.

If authorization is denied or restricted, we reschedule or modify the shoot at no penalty to you.

One free client-requested reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules are $50.

For one-time clients, final full-resolution and unwatermarked files are released after the remaining balance is paid.

Trusted recurring commercial accounts can be set up on Net 7 or Net 15 invoice terms.
