What DroneVerseHQ collects, why we collect it, and how your project information stays private.
Booking and quote details you submit: name, email, phone, company, shoot address, property details and project notes.
Account information when you create a client portal login, including your email and profile details.
Project activity: messages, file comments, revision requests, approvals, invoices and payment records.
To schedule and deliver your shoot, communicate about the project, deliver files, issue invoices and record payments.
To send project notifications such as confirmations, delivery alerts and balance reminders.
To maintain business records, including an audit trail of accepted policy versions.
Project data is stored in a private database with row-level access rules, so a signed-in client can only ever read their own bookings, projects, files, messages and invoices.
Deliverable files are stored in private storage and served through short-lived, signed download links — never public URLs.
Administrative access is limited to DroneVerseHQ staff accounts.
Card details are handled by the payment processor at checkout. DroneVerseHQ does not store full card numbers.
Aerial captures may incidentally include neighboring property or public areas. We fly only where legally permitted and will remove or blur incidental content on reasonable request.
Delivered files remain in the portal for at least 90 days after final delivery. Business records such as invoices are retained as required for accounting purposes.
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data, or ask that your project not be used in our portfolio, by emailing droneversehq+bookings@gmail.com.
