The agreement between DroneVerseHQ and its clients for aerial media and documentation services.
DroneVerseHQ provides aerial photography, videography and site documentation services. All flights are operated under FAA Part 107 rules and only when conditions are legal and safe.
Roof documentation is aerial photography for review purposes only. It is not a licensed structural, engineering or code inspection and is not a warranty of condition.
A requested date and time is held only after the booking retainer is paid. Until then, the slot remains available to other clients.
The remaining balance is due when the project is complete. For one-time clients, final full-resolution, unwatermarked files are released after the balance is paid. Approved recurring commercial accounts may be placed on Net 7 or Net 15 terms.
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the shoot may transfer the retainer once to another available date. Cancellations inside 48 hours, no-shows and inaccessible properties forfeit the retainer.
Weather, unsafe conditions or denied FAA airspace authorization result in a free reschedule.
The client is responsible for confirming legal property access and any permissions required to photograph the site, and for disclosing hazards, restricted areas or on-site rules before the flight.
DroneVerseHQ retains copyright in all captured and edited work. Clients receive a license to use delivered files for the purpose stated at booking, typically listing marketing, project documentation or brand content.
Broader advertising, resale or third-party distribution requires a commercial usage license, which is quoted separately.
DroneVerseHQ may display delivered work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Each project includes one round of editing revisions unless otherwise stated in the quote. Additional revisions are available as a paid add-on.
Work marked approved in the client portal is considered accepted and moves to final delivery.
Delivered files remain available in the client portal for at least 90 days after final delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and archiving their own copies.
DroneVerseHQ maintains safe operating practices, but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected project.
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Prices are quoted in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
These terms may be updated. The version accepted at the time of booking governs that project, and the accepted version is stored with the project record.
